Requirements

  • BS, or equivalent experience. Masters preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of technical sales, technical training, field enablement, business development, or related field
  • Deep understanding of Accelerated Computing and Networking technologies
  • Broad knowledge of modern enterprise use cases and workloads including Generative AI, Agentic AI and High-Performance Computing
  • Expertise in designing, developing and delivering technical training with practical field guidance using a wide range of AI tools and platforms
  • Methodology for translating complex technology features and concepts into clear business benefits for a range of buying personas
  • Direct experience implementing enablement delivery tools and learning management systems
  • Strong listening skills: someone who leads by inspiring, enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and excellent at developing content, while following established processes and relying on facts & data to make decisions

Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate strategy into practical and effective technical and non-technical field training and enablement strategy
  • Maintain global ownership of the enablement strategy and process to meet the networking hardware, software and full-stack sales motions
  • Implement AI-enabled human-in-the-loop content development workflows to create, produce and deliver training and education
  • Apply andragogy and instructional design principles to create impactful student and instructor materials including presentations, course outlines, background material, exercises, training aids, and assessments
  • Define needed toolset and meet with various teams to prioritize sales and technical training requirements for learning events targeting a broad set of audiences
  • Work with internal teams to create and package high-value, easy-to-use collaterals including customer decks, sales guides, technical demos and more
