Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in business, management, medical/health, or life sciences, with advanced degrees and certifications in project management or business operations being desirable. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the veterinary or animal health industry, including significant leadership in medical affairs, technical services, or related operational roles, is required. Demonstrated experience in strategy development and cross-functional leadership is also necessary.
The Operations Lead will drive operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution for Medical Platforms, Medical Education, and Medical Services. This role involves partnering with leadership to implement medical strategy and operational efficiency, analyzing industry trends, planning and facilitating meetings, and serving as a thought leader. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, driving process improvement, overseeing vendor relationships, defining and tracking KPIs, and providing leadership and mentorship to project teams and colleagues.
