Requirements

  • Ability to service institutional clients holding separate accounts, sub-advised, and proprietary TRP products
  • Ownership of operational service requests throughout the entire client lifecycle
  • Strong partnership with Distribution Relationship Managers to present as one T. Rowe Price to clients
  • Handling service requests including Investment Management Agreement updates, fee payment modifications, reporting requests, coordination of restricted lists, reconciliation inquiries, establishing new market openings, cash movement execution/monitoring, and participation in new counterparty agreements
  • Predominant interaction with clients via email
  • Collaboration with business partners such as Investments, Legal, ITS, Investment Compliance, Finance, Global Investment Operations, and Global Client Investment Reporting to provide timely responses
  • Management of critical, time-sensitive deadlines for client requests
  • Execution of operational requirements either independently or ensuring completion by deadlines
  • Proven judgment and discretion in analyzing, evaluating, and executing servicing for complex institutional clients, with some direction from senior team members

  • Supports a variety of straightforward client relationships, including onboarding, monitoring requests, and resolving issues as they arise
  • Escalates complex issues and requests to more senior staff as needed
  • Gathers data to inform operating or servicing agreements
  • Performs analyses on operational issues raised by clients and their service providers
