Requirements

  • Experienced and strategic mindset for driving operational excellence in global AV event support and services
  • Expertise in managing managed service provider (MSP) partnerships, including monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance via a common scorecard
  • Strong liaison and partnership skills with internal stakeholders such as Real Estate (REW), Corporate Communications, AV Engineering, and executive support teams
  • Ability to define event requirements and technical solutions in collaboration with partners
  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and drive process improvements
  • Focus on strategic oversight, service governance, and establishing global AV support standards (not hands-on technical work)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive strategic oversight of global AV managed service providers, starting with the Pleasanton Meeting Center team and extending to other global MSPs
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and MSP performance by developing a common scorecard
  • Act as the primary liaison between MSPs and internal partners (e.g., Real Estate, Corporate Communications, AV Engineering, executive teams) to ensure seamless, end-to-end event delivery
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and AV Engineering to define requirements and technical solutions for events, delivering white-glove service for high-stakes executive presentations
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing a strong AV service governance model and establishing global standards and efficient processes for the Pleasanton Meeting Center and all Workday locations
  • Use data and analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement of AV services
