This role is part of a team focused on driving systematic and data-driven improvements to Autonomous Vehicle (AV) software. The primary objective is to design, implement, and maintain robust processes for the evaluation and validation of AVs. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills to own end-to-end execution, methodology improvements, and insight articulation/communication. The goal is to ensure high-quality evaluation and release of our End-to-End Machine Learning (ML) Stack. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML Engineers, Simulation Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Product Managers to identify, analyze, monitor, and prioritize key signals for assessing the performance of our ML-based stack. This involves leveraging simulation and on-road data, and building scalable processes to evaluate compliance with our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role is based remotely. However, if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $253,200. This is a good faith estimate only and may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
