Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage procurement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Drive collaboration between Procurement, Supply-Chain, OI, RDE & Marketing across the 8 markets (ANZ, JP, KR, SEA, IMEA, Mexico, BR, LASC)
  • Ensure progress of global cost-saving and supply assurance projects
  • Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules
  • Initiate and lead cross-functional ideation activities to feed the global project pipeline
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for loss elimination
  • Propose process improvement ideas to reduce time, cost, improve accuracy, or enhance controls
  • Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds
  • Effectively communicate results and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required
