Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
  • 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred
  • Live in the Youngstown, Ohio area
  • Approximately 60% travel; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management
  • Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs, while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships with doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff
  • Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use and maintenance of specified Stryker ST Products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service
  • Assist in post-sale implementation and training for Neptune S and POM mask to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction with the product and drive equipment usage agreement compliance
  • Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives for ST GI products within assigned geography
