Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in recovery/litigation in a leasing company or bank, in a similar position managing a client portfolio
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and handling client requests
  • Knowledge of financing/leasing products and policies, including financial calculations
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, and office suite
  • Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in finance, law, or management related to Caterpillar Finance activities (e.g., Bachelor in accounting or finance management, License in Economics Management with Accounting Finance track, Master in Finance or Law, BUT in Legal Careers, Bachelor in Law, DJCE, Master in business restructuring)
  • Customer-oriented mindset, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good level of English is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of client files (unpaid amounts, solvency, risks)
  • Multi-channel reminders (phone, email, SMS, mail)
  • Negotiation of tailored payment plans
  • Preparation of creditor claims in compliance with procedures
  • Preparation of files for lawyers
  • Monitoring of file consistency and progress, in coordination with legal advisors or lawyers
  • Communication with clients, lawyers, administrators, agents, and bailiffs
  • Monitoring of periodic reporting
  • Ensuring proper allocation of payments in liaison with the accounting department
  • Close collaboration with commercial, credit, litigation, modifications, and accounting teams
