Requirements

  • Knowledge of foreign exchange products (Mesa and Fx Online), interest rate derivatives, and exchange rate derivatives
  • Expertise in international trade operations (Comex) and client financing
  • Ability to identify new prospect companies and conduct business campaigns to capture new clients and grow international operations
  • Experience in managing REC credit lines, including processing with risk areas and monitoring usage, expiration, and renewal
  • Participation in credit committees to propose operations and credit line schemes for Comex products and hedges
  • Management of executives in negotiation, credit admission, structuring, and formalization of foreign trade transactions
  • Understanding of Comex clients' needs, especially international operations, to identify business opportunities and innovate high-value products
  • Capability to prepare and formalize ISDA contracts
  • Skills in closing FX/IR derivatives (via phone) with clients/central desk
  • Financial advisory skills to offer market alternatives aiding client decisions
  • Monitoring of derivatives maturities and supervision of timely renewal of Comex credit lines
  • Close contact with Credit Admission area

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of the region/zone/SME center and implement commercial actions to achieve goals
  • Manage and control the pipeline to ensure regional objective fulfillment
  • Provide customer service, advice, and sales for foreign exchange buy/sell products, interest rate and exchange rate derivatives, and identify new clients
  • Identify prospect companies within the client portfolio for Comex financing and execute regional campaigns to capture new clients and grow international operations
  • Process REC lines with risk areas and monitor their proper use, expiration, and renewal
  • Actively participate in credit committees to propose required operations and credit line schemes for Comex products and hedges
  • Manage executives in negotiation, credit admission, structuring, and formalization of foreign trade transactions
  • Identify client needs in the region, particularly international operations, to spot business opportunities and develop innovative high-value Comex products
  • Conduct permanent visits to key ROF-Comex clients and prospect companies in the region
  • Participate in regional follow-up meetings and credit committees to present performance, set specific action plans, and grow income from FX, hedges, commissions, and margins
  • Prepare and formalize ISDA contracts
  • Close FX/IR derivatives (via phone) with clients/central desk
  • Provide financial advice to clients on financial market alternatives to support decision-making
  • Monitor derivatives maturities contracted by clients and supervise timely renewal of all Comex credit lines, maintaining close contact with Credit Admission area
