Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Gerente de Operações Clínicas, the individual is responsible for achieving the financial and operational results of the clinic through the implementation and monitoring of the Tactical Plan, overseen by the Care Delivery Director. This includes ensuring the execution and compliance of administrative and operational processes within the business unit, managing the effectiveness of human, financial, material, and patient-related resources to achieve organizational goals. The role involves guaranteeing the quality and quantity of expected results for the managed clinic, managing operational activities such as patient treatment costs, billing, and commercial activities, and overseeing human resources, revenue and expense control, investment capture, and new business development. Furthermore, the position requires ensuring adherence to corporate timelines, developing business scenario analyses and monitoring economic and operational KPIs, managing corrective maintenance, approving purchase requests, controlling the quality of third-party services, managing interfaces with corporate departments, and developing team skills through coaching and training. The role also involves managing interfaces between operational, nursing, and medical teams, and actively participating in corporate projects.
