Requirements

Titulación universitaria: Ingeniería Civil, Ambiental, de Caminos, Industrial, Agrónoma, Montes o similar
Formación complementaria: Máster o posgrado en Gestión Ambiental, Sostenibilidad o Energías Renovables. Formación en PRL (nivel intermedio o superior)
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en dirección o gestión de obras con componente ambiental
Experiencia en proyectos de restauración ambiental, humanizaciones, hidráulicas, energías renovables o infraestructuras sostenibles
Competencias digitales: MS Project, AutoCAD, GIS, ERP de gestión de obras, Excel avanzado, Presto

Responsibilities

Diseñar planes de ejecución, cronogramas y presupuestos detallados
Coordinar equipos internos, contratistas y proveedores para garantizar la correcta ejecución
Supervisar el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y estándares de calidad y seguridad
Implementar medidas para optimizar recursos y reducir riesgos operativos
Identificar oportunidades de negocio en el sector y participar en procesos de licitación
Realizar estudios económicos y técnicos para la viabilidad de nuevos proyectos
Colaborar en la preparación de ofertas competitivas alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos
Elaborar informes técnicos, económicos y de avance de obra para la dirección
Validar certificaciones, compras y contrataciones relacionadas con el proyecto
Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la correcta documentación de cada fase
Mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes, organismos oficiales y stakeholders
Representar a la empresa en reuniones técnicas y negociaciones estratégicas
Gestionar incidencias y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente durante todo el ciclo del proyecto
