Requirements

The Gerente de Distrito is responsible for promoting and/or selling Abbott’s products through multiple or unspecified channels within a designated territory by contacting specialists, doctors, pharmacies, and/or distributors. They must enable an ethical sales force to meet regional and team KPIs, analyze market opportunities, and develop a strategy for omnichannel customer participation. Additionally, they need to implement marketing programs targeting customers and accounts through medical representatives, including education, execution, and impact/success tracking.

Responsibilities

As a Gerente de Distrito, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and accounts through digital, remote/virtual, and face-to-face channels to increase product brand awareness and loyalty. This includes collaborating with Training/SFE to optimize team performance by identifying knowledge and skill gaps in medical representatives and creating individual development plans. The position requires providing direct and continuous support to field-based medical representatives through problem-solving, mentoring, training, feedback, and escalations. Furthermore, the role entails developing and expanding the KOL network within the territory, reflecting influence at all levels of a customer account, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and SFE to gather and interpret customer and market behavior data.
