Responsibilities

As a General Merchandise Team Leader, responsibilities include executing daily/weekly workload to deliver on department sales goals, leading a team of hourly team members through interviewing, coaching, and training, ensuring merchandise is set, merchandised, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, and managing inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store, including Food & Beverage and Food Service.
