Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience, and a minimum of eight years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects. Expertise in designing software solutions, Azure Cloud Services, and RESTful APIs is required, along with at least two years of project and/or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

The Lead Full Stack Engineer will perform software engineering activities across all layers of the stack, including database setup, back-end programming, and front-end development, and will be involved in all stages of software development such as user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. They will advise executives on functional strategies and exercise independent judgment in complex issues, and may be required to travel occasionally to Humana's offices for training or meetings.
