  • 15+ years’ experience in retail property, centre management, or asset leadership
  • Proven success managing large-format or outlet-style centres with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen — able to lead across leasing, marketing, and facilities
  • Experienced in developing teams, introducing structure, and driving performance uplift
  • Comfortable engaging at owner level and navigating both day-to-day and long-term planning
  • Led significant retail assets and ready to take full commercial ownership of a high-profile centre
  • Looking for a more agile, impactful environment — with direct access to decision-makers and the freedom to lead
  • Bring both structure and strategic thinking to complex environments, and confident driving performance at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead all key functions related to the asset: centre operations, marketing, leasing, facilities, and compliance
  • Take full ownership of the site P&L — including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation
  • Oversee tenancy mix and leasing performance in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agents
  • Align site operations under a unified structure with clear reporting and governance
  • Monitor tenant performance, address risk, and maintain strong tenant relationships
  • Work with the owners to shape the medium- and long-term commercial strategy for the asset
  • Embed a high-performance culture across the broader centre team
