Candidates should have 8+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles at early-stage startups and in high-growth environments, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business results. A consulting background (MBB or similar) is a plus, as is exposure to the healthcare industry. A technical background (degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) is also preferred. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, who is relentless, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. They must be willing to work in person at the office 5 days a week.
The Head of Healthcare will be the P&L owner for the healthcare unit, defining and executing the strategic roadmap, including market selection, positioning, and go-to-market priorities. They will manage revenue, costs, and overall profitability, identify new market opportunities, and validate business cases. Responsibilities include actively participating in key sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and representing EliseAI at industry events. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to launch solutions, partnering with operations for seamless customer onboarding, and setting clear goals for product adoption and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Head of Healthcare will lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team and foster a culture of accountability and results.
