Requirements

Candidates should have a background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, cryptography, finance, AI/ML, or other relevant technical or research-focused disciplines. Hands-on experience building or supporting products, research, or infrastructure in Web3, DeFi, or Layer 1/L2 ecosystems is required. Experience in areas such as protocol design, ZK systems, applied cryptography, DeFi, MEV, or governance mechanisms is needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive mindset, and passion for Ethereum and open-source software are essential. Bonus qualifications include experience with open-source projects, familiarity with Ethereum protocol internals, smart contract security, rollups, or cryptoeconomic design, understanding of decentralized governance, tokenomics, or on-chain data analysis, product thinking, systems design, technical project management, or AI/ML research/development in crypto.
