Requirements
Candidates should possess extensive experience in the design and implementation of finance ERP systems, ideally within the Government & Public Services (G&PS) industry, and be a fully qualified accountant. Strong technical expertise in ERP technologies and industry trends is also required.
Responsibilities
The G&PS ERP Director will lead and shape the development of Deloitte’s finance ERP offering within the Finance Transformation team, collaborating with technical teams to develop optimal strategies and solutions for clients. They will provide technical guidance, understand client requirements, manage multi-disciplinary programme/project teams, oversee finance ERP programme delivery, lead programme teams, mentor and develop team members, drive client development, identify new opportunities, and promote a culture of professional growth and innovation.
