Requirements
Candidates should possess 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance transformation, systems implementation, or related roles within high-growth environments, with prior leadership experience required. They must have a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations and process redesigns, and demonstrate hands-on expertise with NetSuite, alongside deep accounting, financial, and treasury knowledge and experience, including a strong understanding of subledger architecture and financial data flows. Financial services experience and experience working in or with crypto are also required.
Responsibilities
The Head of Finance Transformation will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance systems and processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, and best-in-class controls. They will oversee ongoing and future transformation projects, including the current buildout of an in-house subledger and NetSuite integration, drive change management and stakeholder engagement across various departments, serve as the primary technical solution owner for Finance transformation initiatives, identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial operations, and ensure all transformation activities align with US GAAP accounting standards and organizational objectives.
