Responsibilities

Build reliable, reusable, and simple internal services (Core Services: APIs & systems like Payment, Messaging, Document Processing, Pricing Engine)
Develop shared platforms (e.g., AI Platform) with strong adoption across areas
Create operational tooling: dashboards and automation for reliability, observability, and scalability
Ensure foundational user experience quality and consistency through shared layout systems, navigation, and reusable UI components
Empower product teams by reducing their cognitive load
Work with product crews across Alan areas, Architecture Group, and Tech Foundation Area to scale systems globally and align with long-term technical strategy
Influence product direction, mentor engineers, and shape Alan’s internal platform
Build and own services using Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo, with daily deployments and distributed ownership
