Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with 3+ years of experience building production-grade, full-stack applications. Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like React and TypeScript is essential, as is strong backend experience with Python, SQLAlchemy, and GraphQL (Graphene or similar frameworks). A solid understanding of relational databases and REST/GraphQL API design, experience in collaborative agile environments, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset are also required. Openness to leveraging AI tools and building AI/LLM-integrated applications is a must, with bonus points for experience in cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, observability tools, automated testing, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Full-stack engineers will translate product and business requirements into high-quality, full-stack applications and systems. They will participate in technical architecture discussions and peer code reviews, advocating for best practices and maintainable solutions. Collaboration with data scientists, business analysts, media buyers, peer engineers, and product managers is expected. Additionally, engineers will contribute to evolving the engineering culture through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and championing new technologies, including AI/LLM tools, and will help design and deliver features for AI agents or AI/LLM-driven workflows.
