Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects. Strong backend development skills and experience designing and scaling complex platforms are highly valued, as is experience with frontend frameworks like React. Experience with Python and Typescript is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Fullstack Software Engineer will solve challenging technical problems across the entire stack, developing customer-facing features using React, Typescript, GraphQL, Apollo, Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemy. They will drive end-to-end project development from conception to launch, owning iterations and follow-ups, and design/build scalable systems to support platform growth. This role also involves upleveling the team through feedback and potential mentorship, becoming an expert in the Lumos product, and contributing to the growth of the engineering team by interviewing candidates and refining recruiting processes.
