Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience, with a recent emphasis on AI/ML technologies. Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will own the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused applications, building new features, improving existing ones, and creating entirely new products. They will integrate the latest advances in machine learning, LLMs, and other AI technologies to enhance product offerings and deliver a magical user experience. Responsibilities include partnering closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Platform Engineers to ideate and develop mission-critical applications. The role involves conducting rapid prototyping and iterative development to enhance AI solutions based on real-world performance and user feedback. Engineers will work on core functionality to ensure it is stable, scalable, well-maintained, and continuously improving. They will also cultivate technical excellence by continuously growing their skills to tackle challenges related to quality, performance, robustness, and reliability, and contribute to the team's culture by mentoring other engineers and setting a high standard for engineering excellence. The engineer will support and scale highly-available, highly-trafficked services essential for customers' time-sensitive, business-critical needs.
