Requirements

Candidates must possess a BSN, an active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License, and at least 4 years of clinical experience as an RN. Experience in a fast-paced clinical care role, strong written and oral communication skills, technological savviness, the ability to work independently, resourcefulness, and a willingness to take ownership are essential. Some weekend, night, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

The Virtual Registered Nurse will independently manage direct patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education for Sexual Health and Metabolic Health patients. Responsibilities include managing side effects, providing efficacy counseling, triaging and escalating patient concerns, answering basic medical questions via EMR, educating patients on conditions and treatments, and offering guidance on lifestyle recommendations. The role also involves reviewing lab results for targeted coaching and education, and serving as a clinical resource for the non-clinical Care Team.
