Responsibilities
The Full Time Teller will engage in assisting customers with various financial needs and processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. They will provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances, adhere to bank policies and procedures, recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products, educate customers on self-service options, and assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks. Additionally, they may support nearby branch locations as needed.
