Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, or a customer-oriented role. A positive attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to work on their feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lift up to 25 pounds.
The Keyholder will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. They will learn and assist with all operational procedures and customer-related inquiries on the sales floor. Responsibilities include overseeing opening and closing procedures, effectively communicating Rothy’s brand story and values, supporting store leadership with updates, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, supervising vendors, and sharing expert product knowledge with customers.
