Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by using StoreForce dashboard for coaching/feedback, adjusting shop floor structure, owning segment results, and celebrating achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience through leading by example, product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
  • Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, hosting store parties, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge through constant learning and provide informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors/peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, own development, seek feedback for improvement
  • Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging, teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
  • Manage cash handling (transactions, register open/close, reconciling drawers, deposits, securing store, bank runs as required)
  • Lead in time/attendance/punctuality, monitor breaks, review daily communications/task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
