Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes
  • Educate clients on the use of resistance-based machines
  • Empower clients to push through challenging workouts and provide personalized support and motivation
  • Think quickly to support clients of differing skill levels
  • Be available to coach 20 classes per week
  • Be flexible between coaching at Adams Morgan, Cathedral Commons, and West End studios
  • Participate in team meetings and events
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of the studio
  • Facilitate and participate in community building activities
  • Conduct community outreach
  • Learn new techniques and best practices from the coach and Studio Manager community
  • Interact and form relationships with clients and the fitness community
  • Embody the [solidcore] brand and culture
