Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or four years of equivalent experience in system administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related area, with certifications being a plus. Responsibilities

The Frontline Engineer will initially troubleshoot and triage incidents as documented in runbooks, escalating when needed, and will lead incident management efforts by coordinating cross-functional teams. They will also investigate major incidents through problem management, identifying durable fixes and workarounds, and drive business-critical outcomes by monitoring key performance metrics. Additionally, the Frontline Engineer will refine and document operational procedures, develop runbooks, and foster a collaborative culture within the team and across departments, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance.
