The Frontend Coach will lead and develop teams by teaching training, providing feedback, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology and business initiatives. They will model exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, drive financial performance and sales, provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
