Responsibilities

The Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst will continuously analyze business activities in real-time, re-forecasting to execute countermeasures and maximize service levels and occupancy. They will make necessary adjustments in staffing plans, coordinate with operations teams, and deliver bridges, synopsis, insights, and plans of action for forecasting, planning, and operational activities intraday and post-mortem to support continuous improvement of Customer Service performance. Additionally, the role involves overseeing and managing real-time response to events, monitoring and processing real-time adherence, and collaborating with Operations to identify innovation and continuous improvement opportunities in forecasting, planning, and customer service activities.
