Requirements
- High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum of one year experience in public or guest relations service
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests

Responsibilities

- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services as well as other Mammoth California services
- Computes bill, collects payment, and checks guests out of the hotel
