Good Dutch and English speaking and writing skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a comparable supervisory role or in industry
Flexibility to work in 3-shift schedule

Strong communication skills, able to speak the language of operators and management

Responsibilities

Lead a team of operators (5 shifts) and own the production lines during your shift
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily operations
Monitor production results and continuously strive for improvement
Be a visible leader on the shop floor, fostering a positive, performance-oriented culture with focus on safety, quality (GMP environment), and team development
Safeguard production progress and actively plan/organize daily production activities, optimizing use of operators, machines, and materials; adjust as needed
Coordinate between production and support teams, with proper handover to the next shift
Drive OEE targets, minimize waste and downtime to maximize output
Ensure compliance with all operational quality and safety standards during shifts
Systematically and fairly evaluate operators during work time and guide their development based on needs, in line with HR policy/systems
