Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent work experience covering fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM systems)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven capability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans, experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Availability to travel (70%), mainly to Central America and the Caribbean
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Address and resolve client concerns and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments
  • Promote and educate clients on new products and services
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Participate in trade shows and events to represent the company and its products, provide feedback and insights to support product development
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts, manage and maintain the CRM database
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and presentations
  • Handle invoicing and payment processing
  • Monitor and track sales expenses and budgets
  • Demonstrate continuous professional development, collaboration and teamwork, and results-driven performance
