The Front End Manager should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and thorough knowledge of business data. They are expected to lead through change, model leadership competencies, and communicate effectively with their team. Additionally, the role requires a minimum age of 18 years old for 401(k) plan eligibility and medical plan availability varies by location.
As the Front End Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing all Front-End business components to deliver exceptional service and value, overseeing Frontline, Membership, Front Door, and Utility Clerks. You will execute company programs and initiatives to drive membership metrics/growth, improve VOM scores, ensure maintenance standards are met, and validate Membership Experience Ambassadors/front door performance. Furthermore, you will act as a key holder for the club, provide team member engagement within all areas of responsibility, and ensure a safe and positive environment for team members and members.
