The Front End Lead will be responsible for supporting the development of a strong team by observing interviews and tours, building a people-first culture through teammate connection, planning and organizing 30-day schedules, strategically leveraging teammates to meet brand standards and execute daily assignments, upholding merchandising standards, assisting with training and development, prioritizing coaching and development, leading by example to support the organization's vision, creating an inclusive store environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures related to safety and confidentiality. They will also perform other tasks as assigned by the store leadership team.
