Greet, assist, and thank all members in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalating to management when necessary
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures, including cross-checking merchandise to member register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify front line to rectify immediately
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Inspect known repack articles per repack awareness guidelines
Monitor member and visitor traffic entering and exiting the club
Respond to EAS alarms according to established procedures
Maintain high standards of safety for members and team members
Inspect team members', members', and vendors' bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes as they leave the building
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensure a safe and positive environment, deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, clean and organized inside and out
