Requirements

The Director of Experience Analytics is expected to seek out, learn about and actively use new data sources, technologies, tools and statistical methods and to apply/communicate this experience to innovate new analytical solutions to align with client needs. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM, paid media, email, and sites/landing pages, as well as experience with data-driven strategic frameworks and attribution methodologies.

Responsibilities

The Director of Experience Analytics will lead the measurement, reporting, modeling, and testing of analytic deliverables in support of marketing campaigns. They will identify actionable insights for ongoing optimization, shape data-informed strategic frameworks, develop measurement and analytics plans, connect multiple data sources, produce campaign reports and analysis, and demonstrate expertise in the analytics space to build trust with client partners. This role involves defining data solutions, decisioning, and measurement strategies to optimize multi-touch marketing programs across all forms of media and promote data-driven decision-making for RAPP clients.
