Responsibilities

The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for achieving operations and business performance goals for their assigned portfolio of Franchisees, facilitating Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes, aligning priorities for sales, profitability, and network growth, developing plans to coach Franchisees, tracking and reviewing data to guide actions, supporting remodel and new restaurant construction, facilitating communications between Franchisees and cross-functional partners, participating in marketing updates, performing restaurant evaluations, coordinating training support, ensuring effective use of G&A expenses, and completing administrative functions.
