Requirements

Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager will partner with GTM leaders to analyze business performance and provide insights on resource allocation, ROI, and growth opportunities. They will develop and refine frameworks for initiatives like pricing and packaging, customer segmentation, and sales compensation, influencing company spending and investment strategies. This role involves streamlining procurement processes, analyzing vendor spend, serving as the finance partner to the Partnerships team, and improving forecasting accuracy with Revenue Operations. Additionally, the manager will prepare data-backed presentations for executive leadership and investors.
