Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Responsibilities

As a Senior Finance Manager, the individual will partner with senior business unit leaders to drive growth decisions and evaluate tradeoffs across the institutional product portfolio. They will support strategic decision-making by leveraging analyses, investment frameworks, and strategic insights, and drive special projects related to capital allocation analyses and short/long-term planning. This role involves developing and maintaining business partner relationships, leveraging analytic frameworks to drive business roadmap and investment decisions, analyzing operating and financial results, and driving strategic initiatives across client segments, products, and geographies.
