Requirements

Candidates should have experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven ability to bring corporate finance functions in-house. Familiarity with financial systems, accounting workflows, and financial reporting processes is essential. Experience in building financial models for customer profitability, scenario analysis, and multi-year cash flow forecasting is required. Strong partnership skills with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams are necessary, along with experience in vendor management and supporting fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for setting up and owning the budget process, conducting monthly budget vs. actual analysis, and establishing regular reporting cadences. They will develop quarterly rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flows, and build financial models to analyze customer and product profitability. This role will also support strategic planning, create standardized financial reporting packages, and prepare financial sections for board and investor materials. Additionally, the manager will lead pricing and margin modeling projects, support legal entity planning, and implement scalable financial processes.
