Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a sales development, marketing, or growth role (direct outbound SDR experience preferred but not required)
  • Ultra competitive with demonstrated grit and resilience
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it in a relatable way
  • Energy, ambition, and passion, with desire to be part of a growing and winning team
  • Self-starter with an innate sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently, hold yourself accountable for results, and drive issues to closure

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Becoming an expert in the product and using it daily to hit prospecting goals
  • Prospecting and mapping out complex enterprise-level organizations through research within Pocus (and other tools)
  • Engaging prospects through a variety of channels - LinkedIn connections, social selling, email, and cold calling
  • Writing your own sequences or personalizing existing sequences based on insights discovered through research
  • Confidently handling objections via cold calls and emails
  • Using creative skills to make inroads within target accounts - tap into network connections, try gifting campaigns, share playbooks on social to attract ICP
