Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR or junior seller at a high-growth marketing technology (martech) startup with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Proficiency and experience using Hubspot and Apollo for prospecting (ideally)
  • Willingness and ability to work out of NYC office 4 days/week (Monday through Thursday - commuter benefits available)
  • Proven track record of generating qualified sales leads via cold outbound prospecting
  • Strong foundation in best practices of outbound prospecting
  • Deep understanding of the tools needed to execute outbound prospecting at scale
  • Unparalleled ability to write strong email copy
  • Motivated hunter that can hit numbers with minimal support, learn quickly, and ideate creative outbound campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Run experiments to find creative ways to connect with ICP
  • Craft creative outbound campaigns that are truly unique and stand out from the clutter
  • Execute outbound prospecting at scale by utilizing the right tools (experience leveraging AI tools for outbounding a plus)
  • Book meetings with qualified leads
  • Set the pace as a leader amongst the team and help scale
  • Support the founding team and an AE by booking them meetings with qualified leads
  • Prospect and support the founders
  • Shape product, processes, and culture
