Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1 or higher) with at least 3 years of experience selling personal lines (home & auto). A builder mentality, demonstrated success hitting sales targets in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with CRM and workflow tools (HubSpot preferred) are essential. Experience at a digital-first distributor is an asset, and prior experience mentoring or leading advisors is a plus. The role is also subject to credit, background, and reference checks.

Responsibilities

The Founding Advisor will educate customers on home and auto insurance options, manage inbound leads, and close sales using a consultative approach. They will build and refine sales scripts, workflows, and processes, and collaborate with RevOps and the Director of Sales to develop scalable sales systems. Responsibilities also include providing feedback to the Product team, setting customer service standards, mentoring new advisors, developing a repeatable sales playbook, coaching the team, aligning with marketing on lead strategies, and contributing to the strategic roadmap for P&C business.
