This is a remote-first position for a Toronto-based startup.
Candidates need to be a licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1 or higher), have 3+ years selling personal lines (home & auto), a builder mentality, success hitting sales targets, comfort with CRM tools like HubSpot, and strong consultative sales skills.
As the first P&C sales hire reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll start with sales execution and transition into a leadership role mentoring new advisors while contributing to the strategic roadmap.
Strong candidates are licensed P&C advisors in Ontario with 3+ years of personal lines sales experience, a proven track record exceeding targets, entrepreneurial builder mentality, and experience with digital tools like HubSpot; prior mentoring experience is a plus.
