Responsibilities

Triage new enterprise requests on a daily basis to ensure the FDE team focuses on the right things
Conduct extensive scoping with customers to create a clear launch checklist and handle onboarding
Communicate with and educate customers new to Ramp on product integration and keep them updated on project status
Identify opportunities to automate processes and empower users with technology and AI tooling
Build a library of documents, checklists, and processes to create a repeatable, efficient playbook for engaging with large clients
