This is a hybrid position.
Candidates need 5+ years of customer-facing experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, field engineering or Software Engineering, a strong technical foundation with Ray and its real-world applications, proven success driving enterprise adoption of complex SaaS, infrastructure, or ML/AI solutions, and experience engaging both executive and technical stakeholders.
The role requires willingness to travel frequently and spend extended time embedded with customers, including working onsite with key customers.
