Degree or equivalent experience desired
Knowledge of commonly used office hardware, software and equipment (e.g., word processing, email, presentation software, spreadsheets); basic understanding including use of Power BI, automate, apps and other digitization tools to improve efficiency
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Working Knowledge level – accurately gauges impact of errors, uses checking tools, processes detailed information accurately, learns from mistakes, uses checklists
Problem Solving: Working Knowledge level – identifies import/export specific problems and alternatives, investigates root causes, resolves transportation SOD (short, over, damaged), develops assessment techniques, analyzes risks/benefits, uses fact-finding and diagnostic tools
Internal Resource Coordination: Basic Understanding level – identifies characteristics of good business relationships, attends training on coordination skills, lists techniques/tools for coordination, describes organization's culture/policies
Import/Export - MFG: Extensive Experience level – obtains rapid clearance/exemptions for perishable/urgent shipments, monitors/communicates prohibitions/restrictions on goods categories, manages audit activities

Coordinate procedures across functions for import and export management to ensure compliant shipments and foster cooperative customer service atmosphere
Monitor special programs of import/export accounts; assist in obtaining and preparing necessary documentation for related logistics business
