Take full ownership of the store’s Ambient and Fresh food operations (dry groceries, household essentials, fresh produce, chilled, and bakery)
Ensure every aisle is full, fresh, and ready for customers
Lead and inspire a team of department managers and colleagues to deliver exceptional standards, availability, and service
Use data and insight to drive performance
Manage stock and waste
Ensure full compliance with food safety and operational policies
