Responsibilities

Receive, store, prepare/produce, clean, and serve food
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products delivered for use within the Food Service Department and store them in appropriate locations
Safely handle and store all products according to applicable guidelines
Follow recipes, production standards, and assignments
Assemble trays and plates according to customer needs
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
Safely operate kitchen equipment according to established guidelines
Tend to customers (face-to-face, via phone, etc.) and handle all cash transactions following cash handling policies
May be required to work off-site
Follow all regulatory guidelines as required
Communicate effectively to identify issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented
